Training

I normally train 4 or 5 days a week and vary my training routine all the time. I perform different workouts designed to aid me in reaching my next goal or target.

If I’m training for a Power Lifting meet then I’ll be focused on the big three lifts: Squat, Bench and Deadlift. If I’m training for Strongman I’ll be doing specific exercises in the gym to improve my strength and power and then do some event training as well with some interval training mixed in to keep my cardio up.

Back in the Bodybuilding days, I used to do a lot of 2 a days, where I would do a hour of cardio in the morning and then do another weights session later on in the day.

Drug Test Results (negative)

I keep a regular log off all of my training activities on the Ontario Strongman Forum. Anyone who has registered as a member on the site can see what I’ve been doing lately.
